• Passengers holding Lebanese passport need entry visa to applicable countries (Cyprus, Greece, Egypt etc...). Upon request, Aeolos travel will issue a letter to the embassy concerned after booking and deposit are completed.

Payments:

• All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit within 3 days as follows:

      - Euro 45 per person for 2 or 3 day cruises
      - Euro 100 per person for 5 day cruises.
      - Euro 130 per person for 6 or 7 day cruises.
      - Euro 170 per person for 11 or 12 day cruises.
Unconfirmed reservations will be cancelled automatically without notice.

• All tickets must be issued at least 30 days prior to departure date.

Cancellation fees, (per person):

• Up to 31 days prior to departure date:            Cancellation fee deposit only.
• 30 - 22 days prior to departure date:              Cancellation fee 50% of full payment.
• 21 ? 07 days prior to departure date:              Cancellation fee 75% of full payment.
• 07 ? 0 days prior to departure date:                Cancellation fee 100% of full payment.

General:

• Shore excursions can be booked on-board, are optional, and are not included in the cruise fare.
• Embarkation at the Port of Limassol 3 hours prior to sailing time.
